OBGYN Triage Registered Nurse (RN)
Location : Manhattan, NYC
Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an OBGYN Triage Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery, with the ability to provide comprehensive triage services to patients.
Responsibilities :
- Conducting patient assessments and triage to determine the urgency of care needed
- Providing timely and appropriate interventions for patients experiencing obstetric or gynecologic concerns
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educating patients on reproductive health, pregnancy, and postpartum care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
Qualifications :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in labor and delivery
- Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of obstetric and gynecologic conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
