About The Position

We’re seeking Board-Certified Neurosurgeons to join a locum pool for inpatient neurology coverage needs in South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity offering pay above market rates and expedited onboarding through emergency temporary privileges .

Open Dates :

11 / 27 (7a) – 12 / 1 (7a)

12 / 24 (7a) – 12 / 29 (7a)

Position Details :

Practice Setting : Hospital / Inpatient only

Reason for Coverage : Help alleviate call burden

Call Ratio : N / A

Average Cases / Day : Varies

Trauma Level : II

EMR : Epic

Support Staff : PA assists Mon–Fri

Patient Demographic : Adults

Procedures Required :

Adult neurosurgery cases

Trauma neurosurgery cases

Brain bleed stoppage

Spine surgeries (including laminectomy)

Requirements :

Board Certified – required

Active South Carolina license & DEA – required (no exceptions)

100% clean background – required (no exceptions)

Strong experience, training, and ratings (no new grads)

Must be available for both date ranges

Credentialing : 60–90 days | Emergency temp privileges available
