Shift : Rotating D / N, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36's, EOW
Length : 14 weeks
Holidays : Every other / as needed
Call : 2 AVL call shifts per 6 week schedule
Requirements :Vent, CRRT, Swan, Epicardial wires / pacemakers, vasoactive gtts titration, level 1 IABP, ECMO
ACLS preferred
EPIC preferred
Critical Care Certification preferred

Float as needed to area of like skill set / ICU / IMC / CVPCU
Nurse / Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 or 1 : 2
Units : Zayed 5E (CVSICU)
