High-Risk Labor & Delivery RN – Night Shift | 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 – 07 : 30)\n\nUnit & Schedule : \n\nHigh-risk, high-volume L&D unit (31 beds, 4 ORs)\n\nAverage daily census : 15 patients; ~500–600 deliveries / month\n\nSchedule posted every 6 weeks; work every other weekend / holidays as needed\n\nFloat to Postpartum / Antepartum or sister Mother / Baby units\n\nRequirements : \n\n3 –5+ years L&D experience in high-acuity, high-paced environments (5+ years preferred)\n\nMust have current supervisory references\n\nMust provide proof of all required certifications\n\nNo first-time travelers\n\nCertifications : \n\nRequired : BLS, NRP\n\nPreferred : ACLS, AWHONN Advanced & Intermediate\n\nEssential Skills : \n\nCirculate in L&D and provide newborn care (eyes, Vit K, thigh assessment)\n\nAdminister medications including Heparin, Insulin, Magnesium Sulfate\n\nEPIC hard-stop electronic fetal monitoring experience\n\nNotes : \n\nPerm candidates from other Providence facilities (non-Swedish) eligible if separated ≥3 months\n\nSwedish facilities honor active compact licenses\n\nPre-approved time off considered case by case
