COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM / PC)
- Guaranteed straight salary, based on experience
- Up to 5% Annual Salary Increase with no cap!
- 175 Hours PTO +11 Paid Holidays; Accrual system for PTO can hold up to 300 hours of PTO annually
- Up to $30K Sign On
- CME : One week of salary +40 Hours of Scheduled Time Off
- NHSC Loan Repayment : $30,000 - $50,000 over two years

- 100% Outpatient
- Choose Work Day : 4-10’s or 5-8’s
- 18 Patients Per Day on Average
- 1 : 7 Call Rotation : Back Up Phone Consults Only!
