Job Title : CNC Machinist ($25 / hr.) (1st Shift)

Job Description

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment using Fanuc controls. The role requires adherence to work instructions and quality assurance procedures through precise machining operations, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. The machinist will ensure the accuracy of parts against blueprints and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment with Fanuc controls.
• Follow work instructions and maintain specifications through various machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, tapping, grooving, and cutting.
• Take measurements, detect malfunctions, troubleshoot processes, and adjust or reprogram controls.
• Sharpen and replace worn tools as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on equipment.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, OD tools, tool pre- setting / comparators, and dial bore gauges.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
