Senior Specialist, Quality Compliance
What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal HealthQuality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.
Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.
ResponsibilitiesApplies working knowledge of Cardinal Health’s Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP) in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasksEvaluate, determine and set threshold limits in accordance with policy and appropriate level for approval for customers.
Resolve held orders and communicate applicable order and threshold information to appropriate stakeholdersPresent customer-specific materials / pertinent information to senior leadership regarding business model, changes in business model and purchasing trends for customer (s) for reviewInteracts with peers and customers, at various management levels;
