We're seeking a motivated and experienced office manager. The office manager needs to have a knowledge in all aspects of dentistry.
3+ years of experience is preferred.
Must be proficient in billing (PPOs and Denti-Cal). Trace and resolve accounts receivables.
Must be proficient in treatment coordination (working with the Doctors to present and sell cases)
Marketing experience is preferred (must be assertive not aggressive).
Knowledge of dental softwares (Eaglesoft)
Friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy, excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
An ideal candidate should be capable of completing of all the following day to day duties includes, but is not limited to
- Recall, scheduling
- Billing, tracing, collecting payments.
- Presenting treatments.
- Social media marketing.
