Property Accountant

An industry leading multi-family real estate organization is seeking a property accountant to join their staff. This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for a portfolio of properties.
Experience with CAM strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for your assigned portfolio
- Preparing and analyzing financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports for your assigned portfolio
Qualified candidates will have 2 plus years of staff accounting experience, preparing and analyzing financial statements.
A BS Degree is required.
