Job Overview :

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position at a high school in Pottstown, PA, for the 2024-2025 school year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide prehensive nursing care to students, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions according to physicians orders.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records in pliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized healthcare plans.
• Promote a healthy and safe school environment through education, prevention, and intervention programs.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care as needed.
• Participate in school health screenings and immunization programs.
• Serve as a resource for health-related issues within the school munity.

Qualifications :

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric / adolescent populations is preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Knowledge of state health regulations and school health policies.
• Current CPR / AED certification.
