Job Summary

To facilitate on-site office moves, furniture and equipment replacement, and prepare conference rooms for meetings.

Primary Duties

Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.

Conduct hall sweeps and move materials and items to storage or other designated areas.

Move and replace furniture and equipment from one location to another on-site.

Deliver boxed shipments to designated office or other space.

Open bales, crates and other containers.

Additional Responsibilities

Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.

Complete requisition forms to order supplies.

Accurately track moves, deliveries and other requests for reporting purposes.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications : Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.

Valid driver's license and / or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).

An individual who can relate to and communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organization.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
