Job Description : Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to lead the medical operations of their clinic. The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment.
This role is client-oriented and requires excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to mentor all team members.
The Medical Director partners with the Clinic Manager and reports to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of the clinic.
In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfils the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the delivery of the highest quality veterinary care by all team members.
- Mentor and develop Associate Veterinarians through side-by-side coaching, feedback sessions, and regular case discussions.
- Partner with the Clinic Manager to deliver an excellent client experience, including handling client complaints when applicable.
