The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the program management and execution of demand-generation campaigns and assist with field marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will help coordinate multi-channel programs, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), based on strategies provided by the Demand Generation Director.
You’ll work closely with the field marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of targeted campaigns, play a key role in campaign logistics, and track performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing demand generation campaigns, including events, webinars, direct mail, and ABM initiatives.
- Help manage the logistics of campaign tasks, including setting timelines, preparing materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are ready for campaign launches.
- Support field marketing efforts by coordinating localized, targeted campaigns and ensuring alignment with broader demand-generation initiatives.
- Track and monitor campaign activities, maintaining accurate records and providing regular status updates to the Demand Generation Director.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to program manage, ensure alignment, gather, and organize campaign assets, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Assist with gathering performance data post-campaign and help prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the demand generation team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to deadlines across all campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management, with a focus on B2B marketing in the SaaS industry.
- Eager to learn and develop a deeper understanding of demand generation strategies, including ABM and field marketing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A strong collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams and follow guidance from senior leaders.
- Comfortable with basic tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear reporting and timely updates.
Preferred Skills :
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaign logistics efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) for tracking and reporting.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of campaign components and proper tracking of performance data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting, updates, and coordination with team members.
Base Salary Range - $110,000 - $120,000 determined on the individual's experience level.
