What are we looking for

At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com) we are looking for a CNC Machine Operator for our Shop in Raleigh ,NC . Operators control and manipulate machinery in a wide variety of fields to produce goods, make repairs, or join our systems together.

What you will do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you would be responsible for preparing and performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines / equipment.

Job Expectations :

• Fabricate edges, sides, corner radius, angles and sink cutouts using tools required in the process
• Verifies all pieces were checked, fabricated, and returned to the same cart number and checked in the tracking sheet as complete
• Meet daily productivity goals
• Verify the quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, and measuring their dimensions
• Record product and processing data on specified forms when needed
• Assist in minor repair and maintenance on assigned equipment
• Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof, face mask, etc.)
• Assuring all work area is cleaned and organized.

What you need to succeed

EXPERIENCE

Desired :

• Experience in fabricating marble, granite and quartz
• Experience in construction, industrial and manufacturing fields
• Experience operating a CNC Machine

EDUCATION

Required :

High School Diploma / GED

KNOWLEDGE

Required :

• Basic knowledge of math (adding, subtracting, measurements, etc)
• Basic knowledge of maintenance

SKILLS

Required :

Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
