Job Summary
The factory sales representative role at Euphree is an exciting opportunity to grow and expand our B2B bike shop wholesale network.
Sales and bike shop experience are critical to Euphree’s growth and sustainment. The role requires a high energy, go getter attitude with lots of initiative.
The role requires leadership, sales experience, and extensive ebike technical aptitude. The role requires a minimum of 25% travel.
Role Responsibilities
Base Standing Tasks
- Serve sales calls and email requests
- Foster new and existing bike shop relationships
- Educate bike shops of how to sell Euphree ebikes
- Educate bike shops on service and repairs
- Travel to bike shops in respective territory
- Plan territory sales forecasts
- Optimize logistics costs and opportunities
Long Term Sustainment Projects
Sales
- Expand bike shop territory in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona
- Market research based upon bike shop feedback regarding market, product design, customer
- Implement systems to move away from base tasks
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
- 3 years experience in sales / account executive role
- Leadership experience and initiative
- Experience in bike shops
Preferred
- Marketing expertise and data structuring
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, psychology, marketing or public relations
- Technical sales experience
- Bike mechanic proficiency
Salary & Compensation
- $50,000 base salary + commission
- Commission Bonus for units sold and new shops signed up
- Travel expenses paid
