Role and Responsibilities :

As a Sales Representative with Stephen Diorio State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Sales and Customer Acquisition : Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
• Lead Generation : Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Consultative Selling : Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
• Customer Relationship Management : Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Qualifications :

Weekdays 9AM - 5PM, Sat 9AM - 12PM
