Maintenance Assistant

Provide repairs to and general maintenance of McCall buildings and grounds.

Full time, Non-Exempt - 40 Hours / week

Hourly pay rate begins at $21

This position will primarily be in Waterbury but may require travel to Torrington occasionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have previous experience in general carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair, as well as familiarity with general maintenance procedures.

Physical Requirements : This position requires frequent sitting, walking, climbing, and light to heavy lifting as required (50 lbs.).

• Valid Driver’s license required.
