Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures.
- Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition
QUALIFICATIONS
- BLS and ACLS
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong technical skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Passionate about patient care
- Requires a minimum of two years of RN OR Surgical experience.
- Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
- Active unencumbered RN Texas state license
- One year of Epic experience
