Technical Project Manager II (Remote)
6+ month contract, $ BOE
Remote Opportunity - Preference given to candidates local to client jobsites in FL, AZ, AL, CO, TX, WA, CA, VA
Required :
Experience with planning technical tasking for large groups of people. Experience monitoring performance and reporting on standard technical performance metrics, such as performance to plan, PO's executed, risk burn down, etc.
Bachelor's degree in STEM. 3-5 years PM experience.
Supporting client spacecraft Fluids and Propulsion IPT. You will contribute to driving and tracking design, manufacturing, and test of fluids components and sub-assemblies, and help define and refine best practices to increase the efficiency of our project execution.
As a main point of contact, you must enjoy solving communication and organizational problems, earning trust, and improving the overall performance of all teams involved.
We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual who can work with minimal direction and coordinate teams in the successful execution of engineering integration activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Onboarding support, Hardware tracking, Task tracking.
- Experience tasking a team of engineers, experience tracking large amounts of data.
- Maintain and track project plans to deliver fluids components and sub-assemblies in support of development, qualification and flight hardware and test.
- Track schedule and budget; manage and report progress.
- Prioritize, track, and report progress in support of assembly and acceptance testing.
