Essential Job Functions

  • Prepares proposals, presentations and communication materials in support of sales growth.
  • Processes data and generates reports regarding sales results, sales force earnings and market conditions.
  • Maintains office records, calendars and travel itineraries.
  • Completes sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports or conducting research.
  • Review / Analyze / Report Sales Pipeline activity and Adhoc reporting as needed. Work weekly with Sales Reps, DD, RVP.
  • Vision Expert (SME) and Training.
  • Local client event planning and management as necessary.
  • Administrative support to sales process (Example : Expense Report Management to ROI).
  • Coordination and preparation of standard QBRs leveraging Power BI and C-View.
  • Provide assistance with contract management.
  • VISION / CRM target list & campaign management on target lanes or corporate driven sales strategies as an extension of corporate sales and marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

  • Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years related experience required.
  • Minimum two years industry experience required.
  • CRM experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Professional certification may be required in some areas.
