Vaco has partnered with our client to hire an AML / KYC Compliance Analyst to join their team! This is a consultant role that will run thorough the end of 2024.

Where : Boston MA (hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 remote / week)

When : Immediate need

Pay commensurate with experience

Responsibilities :

  • Reviews potential fraud and financial crime activity in the transfer agency system and directs the idea on risk mitigation, incident research, and problem resolution
  • Demonstrate professional writing ability in communicating findings and responses
  • Research and document service provider incidents and shareholder complaints
  • Manage or assist in third-party audits, demonstrating a commitment to compliance and quality control throughout the process
  • Perform policy control testing, document findings, and present any recommended changes

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of financial services experience
  • Minimum of 1 year previous regulatory compliance experience in the securities industry at an investment management company, transfer agent, or third-party financial service provider
  • Proficiency in AML compliance, fraud prevention, and KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
