The Account Associate position has two main roles : communicate with potential customers and write insurance. You will be expected to :
- Establish customer relationships
- Educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and service
We are seeking a team member that can help grow the business and contribute to our culture. Agent team members must be willing to work collaboratively and respect their coworkers.
Individual success is based on the teams success.
Qualifications :
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal
- Organization skills and an attention to detail
- Dedication to customer service
- Self-motivation
Requirements :
- Property / Casualty License
- Life / Health License
- State Farm Experience (Preferred)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals
Compensation :
- Hourly pay plus commission / bonus

Job Type : Full-time
Compensation with commission : $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Weekly day range : Monday to Friday
Work setting : Office, In-Person, Atlanta, GA 30329. Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products, including :
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity.
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
