Community Manager – Saddlebrook Apartment Homes | Henderson, KY

Saddlebrook Apartment Homes, a sought-after community in Henderson, KY, is looking for an experienced Tax Credit Community Manager to lead our team. This role is all about driving occupancy, reducing delinquency, supporting staff, and creating a positive resident experience. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a stable, growth-focused company, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of Tax Credit / Section 8 Housing experience
  • Strong leadership and team training skills
  • Resident service mindset with high energy and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata preferred)
  • Ability to manage budgets, occupancy, leasing, and collections effectively

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and property inspections
  • Lead, hire, and develop office and maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
  • Maintain strong communication with residents, staff, and ownership
