About the Role :
Meta is seeking a Project Manager to ensure obligations to file reports and provide data to various regulators and authorities offices are met.
The Project Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team to support programs that scale global compliance coverage.
Responsibilities :
- Support the execution of industry leading first line of defense / second line of defense compliance management.
- Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.
- Execute communication plans to convey program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Execute against key metrics and performance indicators that align cross functional execution of program deliverables.
- Exercise excellent people skills and be a team player with a bias to action.
Required Skills :
The ideal candidate will have proven risk management skills, systems thinking, attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have a collaborative and positive attitude.
