Responsibilities :
- Develops and Supports Microsoft O365 SharePoint, B2B, PowerBI, Power Automate and other applications, servers and datacenter operations to automate and streamline business and IT processes.
- Acts as the team lead for Microsoft O365 automation and management.
- Completes systems administration and maintenance within recognized best practices.
- Maintains servers, operating systems, storage, data backups, IT management systems and other related equipment or software.
- Configures computing platforms including Windows 11 and Office 365 using Microsoft Intune.
- Provides on-call support in a rotating schedule.
- Provides monitoring and support for datacenter systems and applications.
- Provides support to the ServiceDesk for customer support services, including the use of ticketing, change management and other key customer support measures and metrics.
- Follows the established procedures for change control, root cause analysis, issue resolution, service ticket creation, assignment resolution and closure.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements :
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in datacenter operations, troubleshooting, and implementations required.
- Virtualization, storage and operating system experience is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune application management and deployment, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory preferred.
- Power Automation
- Office 365 with immense experience in SharePoint.
- Self-starter who is well organized and a team player, have strong communications skills and be able to multi-task and work under established deadlines.
- An associate degree in computer science or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
Combination of training and work experience may be substituted for the educational requirements.
