PrairieFire Coffee Roasters is expanding in the Kansas City area, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Professional with a true hunter mentality to join our team as a Beverage Sales Representative. This role offers unlimited commission potential and is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong network in the hospitality, office / manufacturing, or healthcare industries.

As a Beverage Sales Representative, your primary focus will be prospecting, building relationships, and-most importantly-closing new accounts to expand PrairieFire's presence across the region. We are seeking a candidate who is a strong closer, driven to consistently bring new business into our territory.
Important : This is not a delivery or route sales position. It is a pure new business development role focused on prospecting, presenting, and closing new accounts.

Responsibilities :
Generate sales leads by cold calling, networking, sales presentations and building strong relationships in the communityAttend special events promoting our brandEmployee will be responsible to utilize their personal vehicle for the day-to-day sales activities required for leads, sales appointments, and cold calling. Vehicle must meet requirements per Company policy.Employee will need to provide proof of valid and current vehicle registration and insurance.Promptly respond to customer requests and follow up in a timely manner on sales prospectsProduct ordering & inventory management to maintain optimal inventory levelsQualifications :
Candidates with a strong book of business in food service, office-manufacturing, or healthcare are encouraged to apply!Business to business sales experience is requiredExcellent communication, organization and customer service skillsLight knowledge of plumbing and electrical helpfulMust be at least 21 with a clean driving recordEmployee will be responsible to utilize their personal vehicle for the day-to-day sales activities required for leads, sales appointments, and cold calling.
