Rolesand Responsibilities :
Performmaintenance repair and troubleshooting on Luxer One systems. Youwill keep the systems working 99.9% of the time in yourmarket.
Performsystem upgrades in your market and ensure that the systems yousupport are up to date and in excellent workingcondition.
Provideinperson customer service to property managers and their staff.
Collaboratewith internal teams to address escalated customer service inquiriesfor your assignedmarket.
Buildrelationships with your assigned clients to drive the adoption ofnew features and services offered in yourmarket.
Providevaluable customer feedback to Sales and the Product Developmentteams to ensure we provide customers with a product that meetstheirneeds.
Workwith our Product Development team to test out new solutions in thefield.
Skills
Exceptionalpeople skills & communicationskills.
Youhave a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair both hardware andelectroniccomponents.
Experienceperforming maintenance and troubleshooting for internetconnecteddevices.
Youcan collect actionable feedback about customer usage andcommunicate it back to other teammembers.
Youknow how to train others to use a product or servicesuccessfully.
Youhave advanced computer skills and previous experience with Zoho ora similarCRM.
Proficientwith Mac or Appleproducts.
Requirements
Experience
13years of performing field repair work or remotely troubleshootinghardware.
13years of experience in a support or serviceenvironment.
Successfullyworked in a remote role where you determined yourschedule.
Excellentwritten and verbal communications skills including a confidentphone presence and effective emailcommunication.
ABachelor s or other technical degree ispreferred
