Assistant Manager – Salem’s Fresh Eats (Lakeland Location)

Opening October – Hiring Begins Mid-September.

Salem’s Fresh Eats is seeking Assistant Managers to help lead our new Lakeland location. This is a key leadership role supporting the GM and helping build a strong team from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team development.
  • Support FOH and BOH operations.
  • Train and coach team members.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Help manage staffing and coverage during peak hours.

Requirements :

  • Strong leadership background in food service minimum 3 years.
  • Minimum 3 years fast food service / drive thru experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Open availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
