First Connect Health is seeking a local contract Respiratory Care Practitioner for a local contract job in Hudson, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Local Contract

Job Duties

  • You will be responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation.
  • You must be self-directed in the absence of the full-time Team Leader.
  • You will maintain all department and hospital records and enter accurate information into the hospital computer for the therapy as given.
  • You will set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages.

    • Job Qualifications\n\nCompletion of a Vocational / Technical program or an AMA approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred.\nCurrent Florida State License (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist.\nAmerican Heart Association BLS health care provider required.\nACLS, PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.\n
