About The Position

ID : 51382166 Shift : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM Description : CURRENTLY OFFERING $6,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Client will consider a relocation bonus of $2,000 if a candidate moves to Lawton, OK in order to accept the position.

Candidate must have a new Lawton address, and must relocate in order to be eligible. (Not Elgin, Cache, or the surrounding areas).

Permanent Placement Fee : 25%Salary Range : $24.50 - $27.56 / hour (based on experience)The Physical Therapy Assistant's (Skilled Nursing)primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures andrelated tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist.

The Assistant willtreat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patient's medical needs and with anapproved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant.

The assistant will assist inmaintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentationof daily notes and discharge data.

Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult,and geriatric.Comanche's Non-Compete Policies : ?
