About the Team & Opportunity : *

innovaTel is looking for *full-time and part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Licensed Professional Counselors licensed in the state of Minnesota *that are passionate about our mission of delivering speed to quality mental health care for all.

This is a fully remote telehealth position for individuals with experience working patients across the lifespan in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting.

• Accountabilities : *
• Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations.
• Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
• Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality
• Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care.
• Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of clinical team.
• Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours
• Minimum Qualifications : *
• Relevant and active *LCSW or LPC license*
• Certified and / or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis.
• Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.)
• Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and concurrent documentation
• Preferred Qualifications : *
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state of Minnesota
• Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness
• Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders
• Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $84,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
