New Udon bar in Brooklyn is looking for talented chef who has experience preparing various Japanese traditinal dishes from noodle to tempura.
Work Location :
634 Park Place, Brooklyn, NY 11238
Work Hours : 5days / week
5days / week
11am-10pm (8hrs)
Responsibilities :
We are very small store, and you will be in charge of the entire operation.
This position will be responsible for various tasks.
1) Ordering supplies
2) Preparation
3) Cleaning / Organizing entire store
4) Taking orders
5) Prepare various menu items from Udon to side dishes
6) Train and supervise your assistant chef
7) Opening / Closing the store
Requirements :
- Food handler's license (You need to have it before completing your training)
- Experience in Japanese restaurants (at least 2 years)
- Communicating in English
- Legal status to work in US
- Knowledge of Japanese food, culture, language are plus.
Compensation :
Starting : $20 / hr plus tip.
Your compensation can increase to 75K-100K (with sales incentive)
