With a reputation for quality and integrity, they are expanding and seeking a top-tier Construction Manager to lead new builds.
Role Overview
As our Custom Home Construction Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of luxury home construction—from first shovel in the ground through to final delivery. You’ll coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every detail meets our clients exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of custom home construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality control
- Maintain project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
