WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a
Customer Service Representative / Developer Support (On-Site)
at Concentrix, you will :
Provide expert support for developer needs and relations using available tools & resources.
Help developers resolve minor technical issues.
Maintain and own ongoing contact needs via phone, email, text & video.
Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile

Other qualifications for our
Customer Service Representative / Developer Support (On-Site)
role include :
18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED, with preference of college degree work.
Minimum 2-years experience supporting customers via a combination of phone, email, & / or chat.
Live within 35 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.
You will utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.
Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be a key need in this position and these skills will be reviewed from start to finish throughout your application and hiring process.
