Position : Human Resources Generalist

What does a HR Generalist with Paul Davis do?

  • Drive talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Administer, evaluate, and upload pre-employment surveys for applicants.
  • Submit and upload background check forms for employees and subcontractors. Assist with background check audits, when necessary.
  • Set up and administer initial interviews for potential applicants. Schedule follow up interviews with Leadership team for potential A-players.
  • Assist with on-boarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist with employee professional development training and scheduling.
  • Track and upload all training certifications. Take care of the renewals as needed.
  • Administer employee personnel files and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate PD employee recognition for personal celebrations and professional acknowledgements.
  • Conduct new employee criminal background checks and motor vehicle report checks.
  • Coordinate employee exit procedures and schedule exit interviews.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as vacation and compensation.
  • Plan and organize team building activities.
  • Maintain and update OSHA Reporting spreadsheet.
  • Acquisition / processing of new tradesmen, subcontractors and vendors.
  • Maintain and update Gorilla Profile.
  • Assist with planning and execution of company-wide events.
  • Assist with Front Office duties, answering phones and assisting with customer service when needed.
