Job Title : Bankruptcy Litigation Paralegal

Salary : $65,000-$95,000

Job Description :
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Paralegal with specialized experience in Corporate Bankruptcy to join our client's team in Portland, Oregon.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience and possess a comprehensive understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
Responsibilities :
Conduct legal research on issues related to bankruptcy
Draft, process, and file documents related to bankruptcy
Analyze bankruptcy claims
Collect information from various parties, including creditors, debtors, trustees, and court clerks
Keep clients updated on their case progress through regular interviews
Coordinate with attorneys and external entities to resolve legal matters, ensuring project timelines and deadlines are met
Ensure timely submission of legal documents to the Bankruptcy Court
Support electronic filing processes by preparing and uploading documents
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and bankruptcy preparation software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of four years of experience in bankruptcy
Familiarity with bankruptcy laws and procedures
Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
