Description
Reporting to the Marketing & Corporate Communications team and closely aligned with our global Commercial team, the Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role developing new business opportunities and increasing awareness of EVERSANAs services and product portfolio to prospective and existing clients.
The position is directly responsible for measurably generating a sales pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach through strategic and well-crafted cadence of cold calling, emailing and social networking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : -
- Research new sales prospects using tools such as online industry analytics, development pipelines, client lists, and press releases
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Consistently research and participate in internal training to ensure understanding of customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Ensure leads are properly followed up
- Meet weekly / quarterly metrics and targets -
- Maintain and expand database of prospects -
- Write relevant and captivating emails that open conversations with prospects -

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB :
- Travel (5%)

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and / or abilities required.
- BS / BA or higher
- Previous inside sales experience with track record of strong performance
- Strong phone presence and experience with consistent daily outreach
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-driven with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or related field
