Introduction to the team :

Our Attach Product Team plays a critical role in completing the traveler journeyhelping customers effortlessly discover and book complementary products such as cars, activities, and ground transportation after their initial reservation. These attach experiences deepen traveler engagement, grow multi-item trips, and unlock meaningful business impact across our brands.

We're hiring a Product Manager III to lead the strategy, experimentation, and execution of next-generation attach experiences. You'll go deep in a key focus areadriving measurable attach-rate uplift through personalized, scalable, and data-driven product solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the future of attach at Expedia Group, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent, trustworthy, and friction-free trip-completion experiences.

In this role, you will :

  • Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for a core attach surface or capability, driving measurable improvements in attach rate and traveler engagement.
  • Use data, experimentation, and traveler insights to uncover opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide prioritization decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver high-impact features and ensure quality execution across platforms.
  • Advance personalization and AI-driven experiences in partnership with internal ML and Agentic teams, integrating contextual and predictive capabilities that improve relevance and conversion.
  • Influence and align cross-functional partners across Expedia Group to scale attach best practices and accelerate time to market.
  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform thinking, advocating for reusable components, consistent traveler experiences, and technical scalability.
  • Define success metrics and business impact, linking attach performance directly to traveler value and gross-profit growth.
  • Act as a thought partner in evolving Expedia Group's attach strategy, contributing insights that inform roadmap prioritization and leadership discussions.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ with a master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable product outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to translate metrics into clear business actions.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and program-management partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
  • Experience building or scaling personalization, recommendation, or AI-powered features.
  • Deep understanding of consumer conversion funnels, attach / upsell mechanics, or ancillary revenue products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive platform consistency and efficiency across multiple surfaces or brands.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, data-rich environments where prioritization and clarity are essential.
  • The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
