Environmental Litigation Associate Responsibilities and Requirements :
- 5+ Years litigation experience with proven competency managing deals and teams independently.
- Role will focus on project finance, including debt and tax equity, and M&A, with an emphasis on renewable energy-related transactions.
- Build relationships with clients on mid-market and larger transactions involving solar, wind and energy storage projects.
- Active license with Washington state bar
