As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
What You’ll Do :
- Open and close the restaurant efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Master every position in the restaurant to assist wherever needed.
- Manage cash registers, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth product delivery, prep, and production.
- Inspect and expedite food, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

What We’re Looking For :
- 1 year of restaurant management experience (required).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours when needed.
