Insurance Recruiter for Maryland / DC / Virginia Areas — Commercial Lines Account Manager. Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, servicing a diverse book of business, and ensuring clients receive timely and professional support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle accounts from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of commercial lines accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, claims, and policy changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and offering coverage recommendations.
• Collaborate with producers and colleagues to support client needs and contribute to new business opportunities.
• Review policies, certificates, and related documentation for accuracy and communicate effectively with clients.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to ensure clients receive the most appropriate coverage solutions.
• Assist with claims support and follow-up with carriers as needed.
