Crew Member Position Description :
- Take direction and accomplish multiple tasks during shift
- Act as part of a team to run a customer-focused experience
- Greet customers and make guests feel welcome in the restaurant
- Learn various crew jobs including drive-thru, register, food preparation, loading stock, etc.
- Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant
- Focus on attention to detail and ensure quality items for our customers
- Experience with Point of Sale is a plus
Physical Elements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
- Ability to wear a mask for the entire shift
Equipment Use
- Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
- Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
Performance Elements
- Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks assigned
