Clinical Leader Respiratory Therapist Position Summary : Coordinates the activities of Respiratory Care Practitioners; develops and communicates policies and procedures, performs clinical duties, to ensure optimal quality and continuity of service.
As a member of the management team, acts as consultant to the clinical team, and medical staff on respiratory clinical and safety practice.

Essential Functions : Clinical Practice Proficient in all critical care skill sets except pediatric transport. Tasks : Augment staffing shortages as needed and directed by the Respiratory Manager.
Maintain relationships with medical and patient care leadership and staff in all critical care units, Emergency Department and Pediatrics.
Maintain compentency in all clinical and diagnostic procedures of the department. Qualifications / Requirements Education Knowledge : Basic professional knowledge;
equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field Education Discipline : Respiratory Care -Cardiopulmonary Sciences Experience : 3-5 years Certifications, Licenses, Registrations : MD .
Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner ACLS -PALS- NRP American Heart Association CPR Certification Registered by the NBRC
