📍 $12,000 Sign-On Bonus Package available for RN's.

📍 $6,000 Sign-On Bonus Package available for LPN's.

ABOUT THE POSITION :

The Scheduler LPN plays a key role in maintaining adequate nursing staff coverage by preparing and managing daily and weekly schedules, tracking attendance, and ensuring compliance with staffing guidelines. This position works closely with the Director of Nursing and leadership team to balance resident care needs with staff availability, all while promoting a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and post daily / weekly staff schedules for nursing personnel.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure coverage for all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, call-ins, and PTO requests.
• Assist in filling open shifts promptly through communication with staff.
• Collaborate with the DON and HR on hiring needs and staffing adjustments.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding of new nursing staff.
• Perform clinical duties as needed.
