We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who possesses a strong background in auditing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of audit functions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
As our Audit Manager, your key responsibilities will include
- Planning, executing, and overseeing the full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness and financial reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards within the financial industry.
- Managing and developing a team of auditors, providing them with guidance, and ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Preparing and presenting reports that reflect the audit's results and documenting the process.
- Identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
- Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Proven experience as an Audit Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- CPA certification is required.
- Experience with high net worth auditing is essential.
- In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices.
- Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
