Your Role as a Caregiver :
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and dining to ensure residents live with dignity and comfort.
- Provide personal care services tailored to each resident’s care plan, including help with laundry, changing bed linens, and general room upkeep.
- Help residents stay active and engaged by providing assistance with social activities, exercises, and outings.
- Treat all residents with the utmost respect, privacy, and compassion , creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Follow safety and infection control protocols to protect the health of both residents and staff.
- Complete state-required training upon hire and continue learning throughout your career with us.
What We’re Looking For :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Ability to pass a State Criminal Background Check (LIC 508) and Health Screening Report (LIC 503).
