Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) to join their team! This is a hybrid role after training.

Where : Phoenix, AZ

When : September 30, 2024- training onsite (7 weeks) - 4 days / week remote after training

Available schedules :

Monday-Friday 1 : 30pm-10pm EST, rotating Saturdays & Sundays 9am-6pm EST

Monday - Friday 2pm-10 : 30pm EST, rotating Saturdays & Sundays 9am-6pm EST

Monday - Friday 2 : 30pm-11pm EST, rotating Saturdays & Sundays 9am-6pm EST

Pay : $25 / hour + commission (typically $2500-$5000 monthly)

Responsibilities :

• Quote and sell insurance products to new and current customers.
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options relative to prospect circumstances and meeting the needs of the customer.
• Run reports from multiple systems to verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history.
• Explain coverage and payment options to the customer.
• Service existing customer policies including policy changes when customer service is not available. Requirements :
• Must have and active Property and Casualty License

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to :

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
