Business Development Director

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to oversee and manage business development efforts in the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and manage a team of Business Development Directors and / or Managers while generating leads and securing revenue-generating contracts

Develop and execute program growth plans and client strategies based on market trends and regulatory environments

Lead the development and delivery of competitive client proposals and maintain executive-level client relationships

Required Qualifications

14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 12+ years with an MBA preferred

Experience within the energy efficiency industry is mandatory

Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and contribute to national strategy

Expertise in developing advanced concepts, techniques, and standards in the field

Engineering degree preferred
