Registered Nurse (RN), School-Based

Invo Healthcare is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our school-based services team in Morgan Hill, CA. Invo is the nation’s leading provider of behavior, mental health and therapy services in schools, centers and communities.

To qualify, applicants must :

Have active state-level licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Have active school-nurse certification

Have experience working in schools or with children is required

Have current knowledge and skill in administration of medication in accordance with state law

Demonstrate safe nursing care, reflecting the philosophy, purpose and standard of current law

What to expect from this role?

Arranging for special tests, examinations, and immunization programs

Maintaining comprehensive health records for each student

Assisting in the interpretation of health needs to students, parents, and teachers; assisting families in the use of community health resources.

Planning and organization of school health programs

Caring for emergency illnesses and injuries

Maintaining school nursing services records

Managing chronic health conditions

Fulfilling any other school nurse needs that arise
