Millennium Physician Group seeks to hire a full-time / LPN or RN Clinical Supervisor to join the team in Durham, NC . We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task, and think outside of the box. The LPN / RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the practice, ensuring

the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires a handson approach to managing clinical staff, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of excellence and

collaboration. The LPN / RN Clinical Supervisor will work closely with providers, administrative staff, and leadership

to support the practice's mission and goals.

Qualifications

Physical Demands
